Share Accounts

Our Members Are Our Owners!

Your Savings Account at Fort Worth City Credit Union represents your "Share" or ownership in our nonprofit financial cooperative. This means your Savings account is equal to your "share" in the Credit Union, and one vote at the Credit Union Annual Meeting.

You can open a Savings Account at Fort Worth City Credit Union with a minimum deposit of $25.00. You must maintain a daily balance of at least $25.00 in your share account or your account will be closed.* Savings Accounts earns dividends that are determined by your average daily balance and paid quarterly.

For your peace of mind, the NCUA insures all accounts through the U.S. government up to $250,000. ESI, a licensed share insurance company, provides an additional $250,000 in coverage.
