If you live, work, attend school, or have family ties in the City of Fort Worth, you're eligible to join us.

Membership Qualifications:

  • Employees or retirees of the City of Fort Worth

  • Employees or retirees of MedStar

  • Employees or retirees of Fort Worth museums, such as the Amon Carter, Kimbell Art Museum, and the Science & Technology Museum.

  • Employees or retirees of specific companies that contract with the City of  Ft. Worth to provide services on an ongoing basis, including the Ft Worth Zoological Association, Waste Management, and Stock Show

  • Persons who live, work, attend school, or worship in Tarrant, Denton, Johnson, Parker and Wise County

  • Any relative of a current member

After we confirm you qualify, you can start your journey with us by opening your Share/Savings Account. A $25 deposit is required to open your account and get started. 

Once your Savings Account is active, you'll have access to a range of financial options, including Checking Accounts, Certificates of Deposit, Credit Cards, Mortgage Loans, and more, all designed to support your financial growth.

Already a member?

  • If you are wanting to open an account for a family member (like a child or grandchild) you will need to create a new membership under their SSN. Use the JOIN NOW link above.

  • If you are trying to open another account under your existing membership (like a checking account, CD, or Christmas Club) you can do so by logging in to digital banking.

    • In the app you will see an Account section this should be on the left hand side of the screen. (On a mobile phone it will be in the menu you can get to it by clicking the three lines on the left hand side of the screen.)

    • Click the “+” on the top right of the screen.

    • Select “Open a subshare”

    • Select an account type (if you do not see the option you are looking for please contact our call center at 817-732-2803).

    • Follow the prompts on the screen.

*Your Share account may be subject to a fee if no other accounts are open, and your average monthly balance is less than $100. A $5.00 Quarterly Single Service Fee will apply if you only have a share account and your average monthly balance is below $100. We waive this fee for youth accounts (under 18) and do not apply it until 90 days after the membership is opened.
